-Provide excellent care for the clients-Assists client’s activities in the morning and exercise session on the evening.-Plan and preparing their worksheet or activity stuff for daily activities according to the themes. -Maintains clients records daily in a timely manner, documents medication distribution as applicable, activities, incidents, and observations.-Report and record any changes in resident’s physical condition or behavior.-Observes, reports and record the health and emotional condition of assign client and promptly reports all changes to the supervisor.-Providing friendship and emotional support to the clients and client’s family.-Act as an advisor to the client’s family regarding matters related to the client.

- Assisting an elderly bedridden Alzheimer’s patient - Assisting with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, diaper changes, changing bedsore wound dressings and grooming. - Every 3 hours, feed through a tube. (Only on the days when I spent an entire day with her)- If patient has a cough, a portable phlegm suction machine will be used.- Monitoring and reporting changes in health and needs.- Help patient with physical exercises. - Engage with patient through conversation.
