• Preparing monthly report on companyperformance including profit and loss statement, balance sheetsand cash flow analyses• Responsible for solving any kind of financial matters and able to handle Bank Payment and reports.• Performing operational accounting tasks, including posting data in the accounting software,processing receipts, invoices and payment, and ensuring all payments are made accurately, on time,and with the proper authorization and back-up• Performing day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting andrecording accounts receivable data.• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with vendors, negotiatong term when necessary andensuring timely issue resolution.• Handle Petty Cash and reimbursement, receiving and verifying accuracy of invoices for goods and services.• Prepares special reports such as preparing budget, developing forecasting.• Prepare monthly bank and inventory reconciliation and monitor warehouse’s stock inventory and record• Process sales order related invoices in a timely manner while ensuring compliance with company policiesand customer expectations.• Provide backup support for bill processing and payments as needed.• Maintain and ensure proper update of daily transaction to ensure accuracy of information and entries..
