I can adapt to high-pressure & high workloads environment which demand speed and precision.Here's my role in the recent company I joinedOperational Secretary ~ manage administrative tasks that support day-to-day operations- Create and update work instructions as a guide for admin work in each operational section that applies to all branches (including: order administration, returns, delivery arrangements, accounts receivable & petty cash, stock availability, operational support, document archiving)- Monitor daily branch work and ensure effectiveness branch operational processes in accordance with the work instructions that have been issued- Resolve problems quickly and accurately if there are new cases in the operational process- Conducting business trips to branch offices every month to ensure operations are going well, also support with administrative work at the branch office if needed- Conduct applicant screening for new branch employees- Provide work instructions training for new branch office employeesDirector Secretary ~ as a bridge between Management level and staff, also assist/support with the need of director and family- Check and review all sales team proposals (emails/data) before requesting approval to Management (customer prices, promos, support)- Coordinate with the company's legal team for visa applications, passport extensions- Make purchases/books of stuffs/services for the personal request of the director/family- Arrange drivers for the director with the General Affair team if needed- Attend meetings led by the director and take meeting minutes
