• Compiling daily HRGA report from all business unit and report it into General Manager • Filling documents and handling the administration of PKK (Penilaian Kinerja Karyawan) – HSE operation's internal audit for 8 business unit of Integra Group • Ensuring the availability of HSE checklist requirements in the production area • Monitoring and updating towards finding and closing nearmiss that reported by PJA (Penanggung Jawab Area) from all business unit • Managing monthly performance allowances for PJA (Penanggung Jawab Area) all business units • Arranging risk assessments about 5R and HSE • Arranging monthly report towards nearmiss and correlate the data with the work accident in all business unit • Supporting license department for monitoring the permit dashboard • Supporting the administration of license department • Handling foreigner's worker permit • General support for any company program and events • Personal admin support for General Manager • Handling, compiling, analyzing, and visualizing HR data from all of business unit by making the monitoring dashboard
