Gita Bahana Nusantara is a national choir and orchestra composed of selected students from across Indonesia. The program is held annually to commemorate Indonesia's Independence Day. In 2024, Gita Bahana Nusantara's major events include the Independence Concert on August 10th, 2024 and a performance at the Merdeka Palace on August 17th, 2024. I was one of six Liaison Officers handling the soprano section (31 students) throughout the 17-day training camp at Kinasih Resort and Conference.Responsibilities:• Accompanied the team responsible for picking up participants from the airport on the arrival day, August 2nd, 2024.• Ensured that all technical and logistical requirements were met for each class before it started during the 17-day training camp at Kinasih Resort and Conference.• Communicated any changes in the daily training schedule to participants after coordinating with the trainers.• Maintained a conducive learning environment, acted as a timekeeper, and monitored participants' health.• Reported daily training progress and discussed any arising issues with the LO coordinator for resolution.• Acted as the person in charge of handling the soprano section during the rehearsal and on the day of the Independence Concert on August 9th and 10th.• Acted as the person in charge of handling the soprano section during the rehearsal and on the day of the 79th Independence Day celebration at Istana Merdeka on August 13th, 14th, 15th, and 17th.
