I have recently completed my MA in Fashion Design from Nottingham Trent University. I have done my BA in Fashion Design and I was awarded a Gold Medal for achieving the highest CGPA (3.72/4) among the cohort. My BA and MA degrees have helped me in finding my true aesthetic and artistic side. I have produced two successful collections through which I have learnt about the whole process of design in detail and I have gained advanced Pattern cutting and Sewing skills with time. My BA collection allowed me to polish my skills gained over the years in Print Design, Embellishment, Strong Visualisation and Understanding of Texture, Colour, and Quality Fabric, whereas during my MA, I explored digital embroidery, laser cutting and heat transferring techniques and challenged myself to produce unique silhouettes.Some other skills that I have mastered in my studies include Adobe photoshop, Adobe illustrator and Wilcom Embroidery software. I am currently looking for an exciting Fashion Design related opportunity that allows me to expand my knowledge and exhibit my skills.
