Working as a Senior technical systems operational executive with extensive experience across startups and large public sector companies, I have learned to collaborate in and optimize any organized effort. My journey has taken me from being a systems engineer by way of localizing online games with significant revenue streams as a freelancer to become an analyzer of today’s challenges in the energy sector in Norway. I am passionate about leveraging modern development methodologies, updated factful scientific information and technologies to transform the implementation of sustainable solutions in any way.The subject of the Norwegian national energy security and sustainability considering the climate crisis has come to the fore. I thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with both individuals and teams that bring a variety of skills and backgrounds to the table.I am also an avid energy influencer on social media, having been part of the unfortunate, difficult and incongruent polarized energy debate for several years. My motivation comes from working with people who have a strong desire to find solutions and who have different backgrounds and skill sets, as I believe that changing the national energy policy is a collaborative process. This is IMHO the most important and basic issue for Norway in this time. Energy is the foundation of our nation, welfare democracy and the future of our children.In addition to my technical expertise, I have been a freelance localizer for Wargaming.net and Microsoft for more than a decade, translating mainly from English to Norwegian. My core values are commitment, serving quality based on scientific consensus, and being well organized. I believe that any challenging project can be broken down into smaller, achievable objectives.Looking ahead, I am deeply committed to supporting the energy transition in Norway. I aim to influence Norwegian energy policy through information work based on facts, sustainability and communicative skills, contributing to sustainable energy solutions that will benefit future generations and help address the climate and potential energy crisis.
