 A Mechanical Engineer with 22+ years of work experience in SCM, Purchase, Vendor Development, Pricing, Strategic Sourcing, Component Development : presently designated as Senior Manager - Purchase at Magneti Marelli Shock Absorbers India Pvt Ltd. Earlier experience of 16 years with M/s Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd, Igatpuri in all Purchase and Sourcing functions.  Cell Head for Mahindra plant in Igatpuri for Strategic Sourcing and Pricing Cell. Extensive hands on experience in Procurement, Purchase, Strategic Source Development. Latest completed project - Rear Shox Export Project for FIAT-Europe with complete responsibility of Component Development, Supplier Development and seamless handover to SCM team.  Implementation of complete Sourcing and Pricing strategy for above project.  Successfully handled Capital Purchase, Necessary related Services, Consumables, tools, machine spares and all sorts of non-bom components which are needed in a start-up plant.  An out-of-the-box thinker, effective communicator possessing excellent negotiation & co-ordination skills. Good amount of knowhow and right attitude towards Systems, TPM, Safety and EMS.
