Manage and control the finance-accounting department (including accounting, finance, human resources and import-export activities), internal controlling, operative reporting to local or group management, annual financial statements according to group manual for external financial audit; part of the project management team for both production sites in Romania (where initially invested over 60 mio EUR) and the new shares acquisition of a company in Romania in the same production domain.Since 25 years now I am responsible for the annual financial statements which consist in 3 different reports for the annual shareholder’s meeting : the GAAP/Group reporting package in English language (audited by a Big4 partner); the RAS reporting package in Romanian language; an Internal Business Reports in German language (including both RON and EUR figures in special internal structure for tables and charts).Referring internal controlling, we implemented a strong management tool for cost accounting using more than 50 Cost Centers and 100 cost categories, designed after years of searching for the most representative reporting and controlling system for our business. The yearly budget and the strategic planning for a 5 years period were also a big challenge to improve from a very simple 5-6 excel tables to a reporting package still excel based, but including a lot of breakdowns to basic elements for P&L or cost groups. The monthly operative reporting system includes about 20 different reports which put together data from accounting, finance, sales, production, investments and wages&salaries/HR. I am used with volumes of data and stakeholders : production of 90.000 tones; 100 mio EUR sales; more than 100 mio EUR fixed assets; more than 400 employees; 3 production sites; ten of thousands of transactions; multiple software solutions that work together; ERP software and top excel skills.
