A talented, multi-disciplined engineer who is currently working for Lumacron as Chief Of Engineering.Ulises has served as Chief Of Engineering for Lumacron since the company's formation in 2014. In this role he is responsible for managing all hardware and software development. Ulises also acts as the new product champion, helping to determine the definition for the product with input from key stakeholders and coaches the team to deliver quality valuable features for the product. Ulises is an experienced, talented and multi-disciplined engineer with more than 15 years of experience in the electronics industry where he has a proven track record for design, development, issue resolution, fault finding and multitasking.From 2000 until joining Lumacron, Ulises was employed at Aliathon Limited and Agilent Technologies as a Senior Design Engineer where he was involved in the development of FPGA based solutions for the telecom's market. In these roles he acquired a broad range of skills in telecom/datacom products, protocols and standards and designed FPGA systems that processed payloads up to and including OTU4 rates.Ulises holds an MSc in Electronics & Electrical Engineering (Hons) and a Master’s thesis from The Zaragoza University.
