As I think back at all my years of experience in numerous places, what stands out the most is the passion I have acquired, a passion for striving to do better and give whatever I do my best. I have been lucky enough to work with people whom have shared valuable skills that I’ve implemented into my own life, even outside of work. Each job has left me with something valuable, as a lead setter, I learned how to properly communicate and transmit trust through my words in order for homeowners to want to stay on the phone and not hang up on the first try. As an account manager, I learned a more professional approach that allowed me to feel far more confident when it came to speaking with professionals. Overall, every experience I have faced, I’ve been able to keep the best and release the not so best parts of it. But passion, commitment, and consistency are the main skills I’ve attained throughout the years.
