• Responsible for the review and approval of all service orders that are completed or in the process of completion and perform internal process audits• Partner directly with Planning Manager to review non-conformances and engineering changes based on project schedules and/or status • Inspect materials and reviews MTR (Material Test Report) and compare to the DBI (Data Base Information) to determine dimension specifications, measurements and tests required to ensure quality and customer success• Facilitate training on various Quality Procedures to the SCM Technicians and Leads as part of the Improvement Process • Validated calibration of inspection tools prior to beginning assignment. Inspected product in accordance to the requirements of the DBI and routinely use micrometers, calipers, indicators, and more advanced inspection and measuring devices• Utilize testing equipment to perform non-destructive testing on assigned parts and/or materials

• Perform dimensional inspection of machined components with tolerances of ± .005" or tighter, functional tests on piece parts, and inspection of assemblies• Conduct Visual Inspection of components and assemblies in accordance with applicable documents such as• Engineering Drawings, MTR's, BOM's, and Material Specifications• Complete calibrations and maintain records for various tools, instruments, and gauges used in the manufacturing and inspection processes (ex. calipers, micrometers, hardness testing machines, depth micrometers, profile projectors• Carry out Receiving, In-process, and Final inspections of new and rental product• Work with Customer inspectors (third party) in the examination of product• Assist Engineering and Operations in the investigation of product failures (root cause) and outside suppliers with subcontracted parts

• Direct and supervise the activities of stock control clerks and managed the annual physical Inventory of all valve materials/stocks• Upheld quantity of supplies and monitors shelf life of a particular items (O-Rings) based on receipts or invoices for submission to the accounting head• Inspect materials in their storage locations to ensure that the sensitive items are not deteriorated/damaged for issuance purposes and verified discrepancies on stock quantities, packaging, and quality• Responsible for receiving requests from the customers and ascertained the availability of material requested and prepare issued documents• Manage replenishment action for items not available for issue from on-hand stock• Schedule and maintain an aggressive surveillance inspection program for items in storage to ensure that all assets are ready for issue• Coordinate with different functional areas, regarding the material needed

• Responsible for the visual and dimensional inspection on Quality designated equipment (motors, pumps, valves) and materials (flanges, pipes, bolts, nuts) in accordance with Quality Assurance, Manufacturing and Engineering documentation• In charge of creating trace ability system for metal fittings (pipes, pipe elbows, flanges), work processes, and utilizing Great Plains for receiving and inspection• Prepared nonconformance reports (NCR) and complete all documentation required as well as entering all MTR• information• Created new processes to successfully create a streamline communication (both documented and verbal) between internal and the external clients• Ensure consistent accuracy of all equipment received and comply with Bill of Materials and Purchase Orders• Verify dimensions on fabricated structures by cross referencing engineering drawings
