Responsible for leading the efficient operation and delivery of general food, laundry and clothing services, warehouse management and control, gardening and pest control, comprehensive cleaning and waste disposal, as well as maintenance services (soft & hard) with own and subcontracted personnel in federal government infrastructure projects; ensuring a profitable operation and an appropriate financial performance of the company, guaranteeing the delivery of services in accordance with the general and specific standards of the contract, ensuring compliance with the functions of the managements, through mechanisms for evaluating compliance with lines of action. Definition of preventive, containment and reactive actions to ensure a profitable operation and presentation of reports, programs, and plans.Main Achievements:• Since June 1, 2014, the date I took responsibility for operation, general and maintenance services were successfully delivered in accordance with the annual plan. • Monthly deductions for deficient services were as less than 0.25% of the monthly value of the contract (5.5 MUSD).• Compliance in operation and maintenance programs at 99% efficiency; and 97% efficiency in attention to tickets due to service failures in accordance with the SLAs established in the contract.

Responsible for the creation from scratch, start-up and operation of the company, to provide maintenance services for finishes, painting, blacksmithing, windows, furniture and industrial equipment, as well as electrical, air conditioning, hydraulics, sanitary, firefighting installations, also electronic security systems: CCTV, access control, intrusion and alarms, voice and data networks; as well as electromechanical equipment: emergency plants, substations, transformers and UPS's, with own and subcontracted personnel in federal government infrastructure projects; the foregoing, ensuring a profitable operation and an appropriate financial performance of the company, guaranteeing the availability and reliability of physical resources, facilities, equipment and furniture, establishing compliance evaluation mechanisms to measure and evaluate the behavior of the activities and responsibilities of each management, ensuring the execution of preventive, containment and reactive actions to achieve a profitable operation, presentation of reports, plans and programs.Main Achievements:• In just 8 months, we successfully executed the planning and creation from scratch of the company. Definition of structure, recruitment and selection of personnel, preventive maintenance plans and programs, procedures, routines, annual operating plan, definition of operating budget and refurbishment plan. • Successful start of operations on December 1, 2013, providing maintenance services according to the plan, with 98% compliance in the preventive maintenance program and 96% attention in corrective maintenance tickets in accordance with the SLA's established in the contract.

In 2012, I received the responsibility of Facilities Management for Mexico and Latin America, reporting to Global FM in London, in addition to my role as Deputy Director of Real Estate Northwest Division performed since March 2006. Implementation of property maintenance processes, preparation, analysis and implementation of productivity metrics; seismic risk management and preparation of monthly operation reports applicable to Mexico and LATAM; Additionally, as Deputy Director of Real Estate Division Northwest (Baja California, Baja California Sur, Sonora and Sinaloa), I had the responsibility of: Comprehensive property management: leases, space planning, undivided control, construction of new branches, as well as maintenance of corporate buildings, branches and ATMs; administration of the annual budget of 275 million pesos for rents, maintenance and adaptation works of the division's portfolio, 537 properties; coordination and supervision of institutional projects of diverse applications; I was the national coordinator for the administration of the consumption database in properties occupied by the bank, tending to control and reduce CO2 emissions into the environment (Environmental Data Base).Main Achievements:•Regional metrics in the attention to preventive and corrective maintenance work orders within the attention agreement (SLA), consistently grew an average of 4% per month, for a general improvement of more than 23% from January to August of 2012.•Based on the productivity metrics developed, opportunity areas were detected in the optimization of cleaning and maintenance elements (Full Time Employees), at Mexico and Latin America region level to establish uniform parameters throughout the region, reducing costs by 10%, and keeping internal customer satisfaction rates.•In the first year in charge of the division, from occupying 7th place in meeting goals, we obtained the 2nd place among the 7 Real Estate nationwide divisions.
