Higher education scholar-practitioner and public-sector professional with an everlasting commitment to support low-income, first-generation, students of color and nontraditional undergraduate and graduate students. I bring transformational and bold leadership, knowledge in organizational psychology, and experience building infrastructure for recruitment, outreach, retention, onboarding, and leadership development training programmatic efforts.
