In my current position, I am entrusted with the responsibility of management of cost control, expenses, and financial performance at Tesa Brasil. Unlike the industry in which I dedicated nearly 8 years, Tesa is a trading company that operates a conversion center in Manaus, involving manufacturing processes that necessitate rigorous cost controls. With a consistent annual expansion of its market share, particularly in South America and Brazil, the company is driven by ambitious goals. Drawing upon my expertise in financial control, I provide invaluable support to the business in making well-informed decisions. This entails active participation in the development and reporting of annual budgets and forecasts, as well as conducting regular monthly, quarterly, and annual follow-ups.

I was responsible for overseeing cost controls and analysis in the industrial operations of the Curitiba Plant, which specializes in manufacturing a diverse range of machinery including Harvesters, Harvester Headers, and Agricultural Tractors. My role involved actively developing and monitoring the evolution of standard costs, effectively identifying variances between actual and standard costs for both finished goods and parts. This data played a crucial role in budgeting, forecasting, and generating monthly and annual results. As the Project Owner of an internal system development initiative, I successfully optimized cost analysis by streamlining the process of creating annual standard costs, which involved comparing current standard costs with future scenarios. Furthermore, I played a key role in the migration to the SAP Industrial system, acquiring extensive knowledge of the system.
