I am Master of Social Sciences with career from financial services and public sector, especially shared services center. For the last five years I have worked for Finnish Tax Administration and built my career there. My motivation on expertise and supervisor positions comes from daily individual challenges and encouraging everyone to do their best at work.I am used to the fact that my colleagues can come for example from Poland, India, Sweden or United States and that there are cultural and communication related differences that have to be taken into consideration. I can change the language of conversation from Finnish into Swedish or English at any time. I have experience from large SAP-projects, both on private and on public sector. Nowadays I have also experience from Scrum based working methods and for example RPA.As a team member I am open-minded and accustomed to offer possible solutions to problems. Analyzing and ability to modify large amounts of information to a simplified form is one of my strengths. My colleagues find me trustworthy and usually come with their problems to me . I lead with my own example and as the challenges at work change to more complex, I am eager to learn more every day.
