I hold a PhD degree in Biotechnology. My specialization lies in the molecular genetic characterization of neuromuscular disorders. I have diverse research interests including dermatogenetics, musculoskeletal genetics, neurogenetics, neuromuscular genetics, and cancer genetics. I am particularly passionate about genome medicine, systems biology, and single-cell multiomics. I possess a strong proficiency in various analytical techniques, including Whole Exome Sequencing (WES), Genome-Wide Association Studies (GWAS), RNA sequencing (RNA-seq), proteomics, epigenomics, connectomics, and Chromatin Immunoprecipitation Sequencing (ChIP-seq)- based research projects.The primary objective of my research is to utilize the principles of molecular biology and genetics to elucidate the molecular etiopathogenesis of complex diseases and look for therapeutic strategies. Furthermore, I welcome opportunities for research and publishing collaborations.
