I have versatile experience in housing and building industry. That is why I have got a deep understanding of how to create a housing company, how to select the product for a plot, how to set the target in every meaning of the term (costs, quality, timing, financials...), how to manage the designing phase of the project, how to prepare a project for its building phase, how to build the building on a construction site and finally, how to deal with the clients as well as city authorities.I have got positive feedback for my mode of operation, for my projects keeping their cost targets, time schedules and also for always having “all the strings” tightly in my hands i.e. under my control. I use good personnel and professionally skilled teams with good mood for working together when leading the projects.I have participated in several additional courses, achieved a degree in managing a building project (RET Työmaapäällikön erikoisammattitutkinto) and even received the qualification as a site manager (Työpäällikkö FISE) for 7 years. I also have completed the RAP course (Asiakaslähtöinen rakennuttaminen).I still have the passion for dealing with built estates and creating homes for living - especially with a new slogan "the more environment friendly the better".
