After her successful performance in UAE, Ulla was asked to move to Boston, MA to work as a delivery manager in a large EMR program. She was managing and supporting several gross-program activities; enterprise wide workflow development, helping hospitals understand future state workflows, analyze impacts to current stage, manage collaboration between hospitals and program, facilitate testing within and across teams and supported in Clinician engagement planning and management. She was asked by client leadership to jump in to support Training and Users & Security teams to ensure successful go-live. After returning to Finland Ulla was leading deployment of multi-organization social- and health care EMR implementation in Finland. She oversaw planning and implementing Deployment, Change Enablement & Readiness, Training and Go-live activities.Currently, she is acting as Europe Health Industry Consulting Lead for Accenture Health ensuring and empowering collaboration and capability sharing across the continent while supporting her local customers across Nordics.

Helsinki Area, Finland

As manager at Accenture, Ulla led a change enablement and implementation project in a program creating a cross-agency case management system for 15 000 users. She started the Health care practice in Finland with another colleague, was in charge of business planning and marketing, built up accounts and offerings and recruited a diverse and multi-skilled team. Additionally she worked as project manager with Finnish public and private healthcare organizations in projects that planned a common support model (based on ITIL) for a nation-wide health archive and for several projects around billing renewal, BI/reporting as well as process development. She also led an EMR research project that evaluated world's leading EMR vendors, products and their functional and technical fit to the Finnish need.After completing Epic certification for Clinical Documentation she moved to Abu Dhabi, UAE to work in a greenfield EMR implementation.

Ulla was responsible for analyzing and defining current and future HR processes and their technical requirements for several public sector organizations’ service center roll outs. Her responsibilities included also defining organization models, competencies and role definitions. Additionally, she was responsible for planning and managing several service center implementations .

Helsinki Area, Finland

Ulla worked as a process consultant for Public sector and Financial Services customers helping them define both current state and future state business processes and supporting organization models. She also gained insights of implementing business transformation programs.

Responsible for press relations for Foundation for student housing in the Helsinki region (HOAS) as well as project manager for Internet project. Responsibilities also in customer service renewal project.
