Once all appropriate procedures are followed during initial contact, would attempt to call back and collect pertinent information over the phone and entering information into computer, or have facility fax or mail records back to collect data requested.Abstract information sent to Research Operation Call Center by organizing, highlighting, and capturing all important information from hard copy records and entering information into computer.Organizing records within filing cabinets and file room to create a less cluttered easily accessible system.Retrieve files that are needed in production in timely and efficient manner to help the project meet and exceed goals.
