Project Involved:Project : NGL Train4 Ruwais AbudhabiClient : GASCO Review of CONTRACTOR Documents (Inspection and Test Plan, Quality control procedures, Method Statements, WPS, PQR, Technical queries, Inspection reports, calibration certificates, MC and commissioning dossiers) Review of Training and Qualification  Preparing work progress report of the project and reporting to the management Attending meetings with CONTRACTOR, PMC and PMT Coordinate with QAQC manager, request to mobilise QCI personal’s to carry out the inspection for the completed job to meet the requirements. Monitor activates and solve the site QA/QC issues to achieve the QA/QC targeted schedule in the time with safety and quality. Ensuring inspection and tests are carried out and documented in accordance with the approved procedures and plans. Interfaces and liaises with contractor and company on site quality issues. Coordinates field quality activities by the QC Inspectors team and allocate the inspection area to the inspectors. Review the daily inspection report and highlight quality issues to construction team via PQM. Prepare weekly report, NCR and SOR log; discuss quality issues, SOR, NCR, outstanding issues in weekly meeting with team and PMC, EPC team via PQM. Conduct quality meeting with construction crew and bring awareness about the quality procedures and requirements of the project. Carry out subcontractor QC system audit with PQM and issuing audit report to them. Issue site surveillance/observation/non conformity report against the non compliance activities/violation of project requirements during construction and pre commissioning phases.  Monitor site non conformances and ensure satisfactory close out actions. Ensure all quality records are maintained and field in an orderly manner, thus ensuring their traceability.  Physical verification of material, Review of material certificates, material traceability and handling and conservation

 Preparation of suitable WPS for pipes of various materials that are desired to be welded in the process of construction and tracking the same for its approval by the PQR. Ensuring the effective implementation of QC requirements as detailed in the applicable Inspection and Test Plans (ITP).  Qualification of the welders for various materials in accordance with the WPS. Inspection of receiving materials by visual & dimensional check, review of Material test certificates when materials are received at stores. Preparation of all QA & QC documents of project.  Inspection of Materials and Welding Electrodes to ensure that the requirements are met as per applicable codes and specifications. Monitoring the fit up and production welding and noting down the parameters and ensuring that the welding is done as per the WPS parameters. Visual inspection of weld on site for its defects and taking appropriate action for the repairs. To recommend and analyze the weld repairs as per the applicable specifications. Preparing the Weld History Sheets & Evaluate % of repair & penalty records. Maintaining consumable control and Calibration records of different equipment.
