Responsible for the site supervisions of mechanical services such as HVAC installations, Plumbing and sanitary services installations and fire fighting system installations according to the contract drawings, approved shop drawings and Atkins standard specifications. Checking and certify the quality of materials used at site .Assist the Resident Engineer for preparing Monthly Progress Reports. Preparing site daily reports and ensures the safe working practices are used in accordance with the project safety plan. Reviewing and commenting on shop drawings .Reviewing and commenting on material submittals .Witnessing of testing and verification of mechanical systems commissioning .Resolve technical issues arising and ensure compliance with contract requirements

Responsible for the coordination of the Mechanical works especially HVAC, plumbing and fire fighting system during the Project. Taking quantity of HVAC systems, Heat load calculation. Meeting the clients and coordinating all the works with sub contractors, monitoring of the day-to-day activities, materials management on site, drawing checking, testing and commissioning, clearing of handing over report, interim invoice preparation based on BOQ.

Responsible for supervision of HVAC installations and related activities at site, quality control inspections at site for all activities based on the inspection request raised by the contractor, monitoring of work progress at site, assisting senior engineer for the preparation of work progress report, inspection of material received at site and its approval, to witness and sign off testing and commissioning of HVAC system, snagging and de-snagging ,preparation of HVAC,wet services and fire fighting drawings, heat load calculation.
