JOB RESPOSIBILITIES * Prepare and submit the applicable QA/QC documents / Procedures for Client & Third party Inspector (if applicable ) review and approval* Witness & Review the Mechanical destructive tests. Compile mill Certificates, Destructive, and non destructive test report for new PQR . * Raw Material receiving inspection, review of material Certificates* check mechanical strength and chemical composition values in accordance with ASME codes and applicable project specifications. * Monitor and carry out day to day fabrication and inspection activities such as marking, cutting edge preparation, fit ­ up, welding and assembly work. * Prepare material / Weld Trace ability, inspection report and control of documents for regular inspection activities. * Review / maintain calibration records of Inspection / Test Equipment. Monitor and control Welding consumables. * Carry out the visual inspection on weld joint * Control and witnessing for the NDT (RT,DPT) tests. * If repair found as per the NDE Reports, coordinate with production to repair weld joints as per approved weld repair procedure. * Witness of Hydro test / leak test /Pneumatic * Test and Preparation of hydro test reports as per project requirement. * Carry out the final inspection, together with Client / Third party Inspector upon completion of all welding works
