Assited through 100++ purchases so far, more upcoming, end to end. • Liaise with local and international vendors • Utilize ERP to monitor approvals, etc. • Facilitate bidding processes, ensuring strict adherence to standardized protocols and timelines • Assist in international vendor supervision • Maintain accurate reports of procurement activities for management review • Create and maintain records of vendor communications and purchasing document including PR,PO, invoice issuances, etc utilizing MS excel. • Source for alternative suppliers/vendors; negotiate & analyze quotations (specifications, time, TOP, price)• Monitor shipping document (FOB Korea)
