I have 15+ years of experience working in Security and Law Enforcement. Currently, I work as Shiver Security’s Dispatcher, where I utilize my customer service, quick response, multi-tasking, crisis management skills, and prioritizing calls. I thrive in crisis situations that require quick decisions and outside of the box thinking, to ensure minimal risk to personnel and property. Previously, I was Security officer at Access Hospital, where I maintained good order, ensured staff safety, conducted security safety checks, monitored CCTV, and grounds. I was able to utilize such skills as talking down a volatile situation without violent outcomes.I have always enjoyed the fast paced, problem-solving aspect of working in the field of security and law enforcement. Working in this field has also allows for continuous interaction with new people, while still maintaining long standing relationships with people that I have met and helped.Competencies: Computer based reporting, various security and camera systems, establishing and maintaining long standing relationships, observant, able to take leadership roles and excellent problem-solving and crisis management abilities.
