Established in January 2012, the myhotelshop platform aims to increase direct business in hotels and offers access to relevant marketing channels, manages and distributes hotel content to the most important hotel listing services and offers advice, measures and reports everything regarding the online success of its hotel partners.

In charge of developing the Trivago mystery guest program. managing key accounts across Europe and work with hotel associations on developing benchmarks and industry standards.

Hotel of hotel supply, content, sales and XML development. Steering a team of 40 people within 4 teams and 10 direct reports. - developed a XML gateway to the major wholesale suppliers, tour operators, general bedbanks, etc.- increased hotel portfolio from 100,000 to 220,000 hotels- doubled conversions onsite within 12 months- created unique content for >2,000 hotels within 12 months through internal teams and crowdsourcing activities

Responsible for strategic account management and building new relationships with significant hotel portals, OTAs and Tour Operators across Germany & Netherlands

Responsibly for the E-Commerce & Direct Marketing Unit for Accor Hotels in Germany - with 330 Hotels from 5 star luxury to 1 star properties.Department head - reporting to the VP Marketing Germany. running a team of up to 3 people and several agencies (SEM, media, etc.)- P&L and budget responsibility of 1,3 mio. Euro- indirect budget responsibility 1,5 mio. Euro- direct marketing database management and eCRM- SEM campaign management (spendings >1 mio Euro per year) for 8 brands- Banner & affiliate management- Content Management for 330 hotels in various languages- Regional relay for international e-commerce team Accor Iin Paris

Responsible for hilton.de - managing the German speaking source market for Hilton worldwide online. Reporting to the VP E-Commerce Hilton International- increase of online revenues from 7 mio to 14 mio Euro in less than 2 years- local management of all email, SEM, banner & affiliate activities- managing content for 20 Hilton Hotels in DACH- consultative responsibility for Japan and hilton.co.jp in 2007

Responsible for direct and indirect web revenues for all Starwood properties in the Central Germany division (2000 rooms total)- managing all third party relationships (hrs.de, expedia, etc.)- local contact for international e-commerce division- introducing "Stargroups" into Germany and development of German application with HQ USA
