ALLU was a family owned, SME company with a 30MEUR turnover, needing to develop in order to become globally recognized and successful manufacturer and seller of screening and crushing buckets.My role was the total business responsibility for leading, managing and developing ALLU crushing and screening bucket business as well as ALLU soil improvement product business.My tasks included a complete restructuring of the group including creation and execution of strategy, route to market strategy with a global dealer network, marketing rebuild, buildup of processes, ERP system, eCommerce.During the time when I worked as the managing director, even if the development work was extensive, ALLU group grew from a financially weak company to deliver a consolidated EBT of 19% (2018) and equity ratio over 75%.
