The overall goal of the department is to ensure the right demand plan that matches the needs of our customers and consumers, by identifying market risk and opportunities and balancing these with our growth ambitions and risk profile.The Business Unit South East Asia is newly formed, and my role is to build the organization and processes to align with global standards. Collaboration and stakeholder management is key to succeed as well as engaging and influencing global and local cross functional teams. The overall goal of the department is to ensure the right product availability towards our customers, by balancing the service we want to provide with inventory and cost, in a truly consumer driven way. The role and function of my team is new, so a big part of my responsibility has been defining roles and responsibilities, recruiting, capability building and process design.
