I was hired to redesign a recruitment company into a high-quality sales company. The tasks consisted of creating methodology, sales culture and a solid fondation to build on. I also worked with business development towards new partners. Comitto has today developed into a prosperous sales company with approx. 50 employees. Responsible for in-house sales and customer service. The role included full staff responsibility such as sales trianing and deparment development. I also represented my team in various strategic committees. Silva works with outdoor products within hunting, sports and health and is part of the Fiskars Group.

I was hired to start up and develop a sales agency. Initally, I worked with sales to medium-sized companies. We proceeded to partner up with one of Sweden’s largest Telecom suppliers. I further developed the concept to include several assignments in sales and marketing. I was operationally responsible and reported directly to the compay’s owner.

Responsible for a sales department within a Telecom service provider. The department consisted of approx. 10 sales agents. Tasks were recruitment, coaching, budget responsibility and overall responsibility for the team. I also conducted my own sales and exceeded set targets.
