I have changed my perspectives. Currently I am the head of the systemtest and requirements management department.My department is responsible for the development of an effective and efficient requirements management process and methodology as well as for the refinement of the systemtest activities.Systems under test include personalisation and production systems of eID documents (Passports, ID-Cards) as well as Border Systems and the like.

Head of a software developing department, which builds high quality software for production/personalisation, issuance and usage of eID documents (Passports, ID-Cards). The technical emphasis is put on cryptography. In the last two years I made a huge step in efficiency when transforming the department into a Software Factory based on the two main principles reusage and automation. Staff is 30+.
