• Development and implementation of a demand driven ordering system in pharmaceutical retail o Development of systems and processes as well as coordination of the roll-out in three Celesio business units in Germany and Belgium including: - Market- and product screening - Process documentation within the affected business units - System and process development, feasibility analysis and concept evaluation - Economic potential analysis and business case calculation - Training material and trainings - Roll-out preparation for further European subsidiaries• Participation/support of strategic end-to-end supply chain projects o Development of future business and operation models for the retail organization of the Celesio group. Especially: Development of the future demand planning, forecasting and replenishment strategy o Assistance in the course of the roll-out of retail ordering software (e.g. preparation of trainings) o Further tasks: Internal marketing and communication of projects and project results• Assistance in the course of the acquisition of a software provider, e.g. preparation of documentation in the course of due diligence and presentations for the management board as well as DCF calculation
