Ulrich is an entrepreneur and contract engineer for various industries.Apart from this, he is producing ans distributing bespoke furniture under his brand MERZ MÖBEL.Proir to this, he pushed the boundaries for a local tier1 automotive player as process manager, by implementing new methods, that yielded both, 200+% of cost reduction and increased quality.Prior to this, he led the R&D department of Häfele Berlin, a mass producer which is supplying the furniture industry with plastic and zinc components.
