With more than 20 years of experience in 6 different companies, I take pride in always looking at the bigger picture and then enabling “doing the right thing.” All of my employers were international corporations operating in both hi-tech and pharmaceutical industries. Thus, I am familiar with FDA and CE regulations and have successfully submitted several files to both FDA/CE as well as CFDA and others.As project manager, product manager, and R&D manager, I have lead teams through the steps of identifying customer needs and creating devices based on the integration of mechanical, electrical and SW designs. Most of my achievements have been the result of cross-functional team-work spanning inside and outside the organization and as such, I have vast experience in managing sub-contractors and suppliers.I have successfully managed teams of 10 engineers and five products simultaneously through all stages of their life cycle.I maintain a sense of integrity and always strive to make and inspire others to make pragmatic and data-driven decisions. I am self-driven and a team player, loyal and responsible and it took all these traits to transform Syneron from a start-up culture to a mature organization with clear and efficient processes for product lifecycle management. I enjoy traveling the world and understanding diverse backgrounds and cultures. I speak three languages fluently (English, Hebrew and Danish) and a few more with Elementary proficiency (French and German). I was born, raised, and educated in Denmark I now reside in Israel with my wife and 2 children.
