Efter nio år på företaget och arbete i ett flertal olika system och utvecklingsspråk sökte jag mig till förvaltningsledarrollen, där jag först ledde ett team om fem personer, för att kort därefter även ta över ett annat team, varvid vi blev åtta personer i två förvaltningsteam, och ytterligare en kort tid senare så fick jag ett tredje team i mitt ansvarsområde.Under min tid med teamen så har de utvecklats till att bli mer och mer självgående och organisationen har gått mer och mer mot att anpassa sig till agila arbetssätt. Arbetet som förvaltningsledare har pga att organisationen ännu inte satt sig ordentligt även betytt att jag haft produktägarrollen i ett par av teamen och prioriterat och organiserat arbetet utifrån beställarvyn.Då det är en arbetsuppgift som jag tycker om att göra, att se helheten och prioritera och planera både på kort och lång sikt är produktägarrollen självklart en intressant roll för mig, men även förvaltningsledare/scrummaster/agil coach tycker jag är mycket roliga och givande roller.

Leading the continuous development of the econimichal/pre accounting system. Both in projects such as new ways of betting as well as governance. During those years we took over all the accounting functionality found in other systems in the company (internet customer accounting, international customer accounting, track race accounting, betting day accounting, partner ticket/lottery/prepaid products accounting) and moved it into this system that from the beginning only had the physical store accounting. Everything was designed and build to be controlled by parameters so that the business side can do 90% of their changes without involving developers more than for testing the new parameters.

Moved back into PL/SQL developing to help staff up around a newly built accounting system. Spent half a year learning the system by taking part in differend projects before the project manager/main developer quit and my role changed.

Worked with the ATG:s Betting system as system developer. Took part in several projects as well as regular governance issues.

Took over two applications that converted front end protocols into the betting system protocol from a consultant that was leaving the company. I managed a rebuild of the two into one single application that could be swapped to serve different front ends by parameter changes. It saved licencing money for ATG when it went live and it simplified the scaling of the internet servers.

Leading the project of developing a PL/SQL based system application with a Oracle Forms front, as well as being the main developer in the project. Helping the users to structure their needs in the new application by suggesting designs for the layout as well as discussing process flows and role permissions.
