Embedded software project manager

Working as project manager with battery electric vehicle projects.

I have been working at Scania project office with product development for two years and from 1 March 2019 as project manager for software and parts in a product development project.

Manage the coordination of the test plan for the biggest bus development project at Scania for the past 20 years as a consultant at the Scania project office. This included negotiations between groups, prioritizations and balancing of project needs. A capacity of keeping a close eye at the present to be able to see the consequences for the future where crucial. A key to success were also to help the groups involved to keep focus on the success of the whole project, not just their own interests.

The Eezer project builds motorcycle ambulances to transport pregnant women in the rural parts of Tanzania, Kenya, Chad and Burundi to hospitals. The work of coordinating funds, shipments and building is done by a team working from Stockholm, of which I am part. All work in this group is volunteer.

In my work I like to combine the things I like: project management, business development and connecting with people to solve problems.

Worked with business development and project mangement. From March 2017 at the Scania project office in Södertälje with bus development projects.

Team leader and project manager for a group of software developers in the field of industrial IT working with the off shore oil industry. Also involved in the project management of the ÅF part of the building of KVV8, Fortums most recent boiler for district heating.

Acting section manager for 3 years and 3 different groups. Focus on sales, business development and development of the teams.

Worked for Epsilon until the company was merged with ÅF AB in January, 2013. During my time at Epsilon I had an assignment at Scania CV AB. In June 2012 I got the opportunity to take on the responsibility of managing the group I belonged to at Epsilon while my group manager was on maternety leave for one year.

Implemented resource-saving projects during the summer months and did research for a possible purchase of equipment for production.Implemented and evaluated various experiments with by-products from the steel production and carried out an update of environmental policies.
