For 25+ years I have been in leadership positions within Consumer Retail and Consumer Services, mainly focusing on Hospitality & Leisure and with a true passion for Food & Beverage. These last years my focus has been on the earlier parts of the value chain where I have gained further knowledge of supply chain management, working with wholesalers and production, focusing on serving B2B customer needs. I have often been in change management and development roles in complex organizational structures and markets characterized by demanding customers and sharp competition. I am experienced in establishing, operating and developing multi-site consumer brands and concepts; international franchise brands, proprietary branded chain concepts as well as bespoke concepts.
