As a director at RISE, I lead a dedicated group consisting of both researchers and project managers. The focus of our work is sustainable and circular production in a broad sense. The role includes full strategic and operational responsibility for the direction of the unit and for the employees' professional development. I was an external board member at the ship supply company DFS. The company has a turnover of 112 msek (2023).DFS is a one stop shop for marine supplies and is also specialized in providing global logistics and forwarding services for maritime vessels. The customers includes cargo ships, cruise ships, fishing boats and everything in between.

At DFDS I had the role as circular lead. My mission at the company was to develop a strategic platform for how the company could work with circular economy as a business advantage and contribute to increased sustainability. It would also contribute to increased internal understanding .The assignment was limited to May 2022

I worked as a project Manager within Circular Economy group at Chalmers Industriteknik. Chalmers Industriteknik is a smaller research institute. During my time in the organisation I managed several innovation- and research projects with a focus of circular economy. I also wrote applications for public funding and worked with sales of consultancy services.

I had a postition at Prové as a management consultant.My assignment was as chief project manager/huvudprojektledare at Västra Götalandsregionen within the field of laboratory medicine. The project is an extensive one includling new technology, changed IT solutions and new ways of working for approximatly 900 persons. The result from the project will be implemented at serveral hospitals in the region.

I worked as a consultant in project mangement at Alten. During my time at Alten I had assignments at Volvo Group and Volvo Cars.My assigment at Volvo Group included two projects with project budget ranging up to 250 MSEK. The projects were both front-egde projects with technology that was new to the company.

I worked as a business developer manager at Tamro AB. Tamro is the leading pharmaceutical distributor in Sweden. My main responsibilities were to identify and develop business opportunities and to conceptulize and design new services for the customer´s of the company. The customers were pharmaceutical companies, pharmacy chains and county councils.

I worked as a line manager for Logistics development at Tamro AB The role was responsible for developing the processes all the way from purchasing until the products reaches the customer with all aspects of efficiency and quality. I also was a member of Tamros`s logistics management team and the anager of Tamro`s project model and project portfolio. On top of this I was the coordinator of Tamro´s customer service for pharmacies.

During this time I had a role as a project manager, leading various projects internally as well as towards customers. I also worked as a business developer and a logistics analyst; performing prestudies, analysis within the supply chain and developing new services.

Sweden And Finland

Tamro changed their ERP-system and I was responsible for implementation of the purchasing module including forecasting and order generation. After the project I was employed at the corporate IT department as application specialist. I also worked as an IT project manager managing projects both in Finland and Sweden

During this time I worked as a purchaser, responsible to supply and replenish Tamro´s warehouses with pharmaceuticals and commodities with a clear focus on service levels and capital tied up.

I worked as a mechanical engineer with responsibility to design lift details in CAD (AutoCAD) used in different kinds of lifts. I was also responsible purchaser for certain segments of lifts.
