Responsible for developing and managing Social StartUp and Det Sociale Vækstprogram, Denmarks first growth accelerator programs for social enterprises at Den Sociale Kapitalfond - a venture fund, investing capital and competencies in promising social entrepreneurs to scale their social impact and business performance.Screened more than 600 social startups and selecting +60 companies participating in the accelerator programs over a 5 year period. We added a second bottom line to their business to measure their performance in terms of including people with physical, mental or social challenges - with fantastic results. The programs showed that it's possible to grow both bottom lines and get people back on track.Responsible for idea creation, development, implementation and later deploying and facilitating the accelerator programs including establishing: bootcamps, seminars, networks, workshops, labs, award events.
