As an experienced people manager, I am dedicated to driving change and fostering growth within organizations. Currently, I hold a leadership role at Bruun & Hjejle, where I oversee 13 FTEs within the Business Development team, the HR team, Communication & Marketing and the language team.My primary focus is on improving operational efficiency and effectiveness across the whole organization, leveraging data-driven insights and embracing an agile mindset.In my role, I actively participate in creating new business opportunities by spearheading team-based key account management initiatives within the partner group. I have successfully implemented innovative software platforms, including HR systems, document management and time tracking systems, streamlining operations and enhanc-ing productivity. Additionally, I have been instrumental in designing a new ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) framework for Bruun & Hjejle, ensuring the organization aligns with sustainable and responsible practices.Throughout my career, I have engaged in projects spanning various areas of the organisation, while also providing legal support to clients.
