In addition to being Product Owner for my near shore development team in Kiev, I was project manager for a team in the services department. When customers are upgraded to newest version, we sell and implement customized versions of our suite of modules and make integrations to other systems. WZ Content Mobility is a marketing package made up of the 2 products ADRS (Advanced Document Rendition Server) and DVS (Document Validation Server). ADRS is an enhancement to Captia and WorkZone Content Server which uses the third party component Adlib to make high quality PDF- and TIFF files.DVS is a service which crawls a database and makes PDFs or TIFFs of the files specified in a table. Further, TIFF files are optimized, named and saved in the file system according to the Danish State Archives requirements.• Scoped and developed the products together with customers and the Danish State Archives.• Although, development has been on hold from May 2012 to today, still responsible for the product and still doing presentations on sales meetings, preparing offers for potential customers and creating setup and implementation scenarios.

Responsible for upgrading large customers to latest product versions.Headed a push for getting our newest products installed at customers. Responsible for coordination the cross boarder and cross department upgrade team and for doing the requirement analysis to minimize customizations.
