The internal part, in the communication touch points under the company's control and the external touch points outside the client’s sphere of influence. In my work I have developed a strategical framework for OMD in Denmark, allowing us to demonstrate a structured approach to customer centricity and customer journey mapping. I have developed a prediction model based solution to global retailers who wants to connect on and offlline marketing. This solution was selected as the best innovative solution by EMEA executives across OMD.I have developed a digital technology roadmap for one of OMDs longest lasting customers for their Nordic setup. A Fortune 500 company.I have developed a solution to drive transparency for manufacturers of products selling through online distributors allowing them to benchmark consumer product engagement against competitors and across distributors in what is commonly referred to as a walled garden. An environment where manufacturers have up until today been unable to understand how they performed. The solution incorporates the use of massive behavioral data sets (+50TB) and AI for product category recognition.I have further developed this solution to also incorporate all our business verticals, allowing us to accurately calculate digital engagement market shares rather than just looking at differences between current and previous performance metrics.Much of this work has been done from a Nordic perspective and an EMEA perspective in close collaboration with our central EMEA executive product development team. -
