After these discussions took place, we utilized the Node.js BFF architecture to massage data into better models and combine API calls where necessary.• Utilized nginx for gateway routing and to navigate CORS issues.• Worked with DevOps team to host everything on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) in a Kubernetes cluster with an automated CI/CD process.• Standardized/automated all code formatting/project architecture with Husky, ESLint, lint rules, etc.• Created a Lerna monorepo that housed a new Material-UI based Atomic Design component library, along with other development tools with an automated CI/CD process based on conventional commits that also deployed Storybook pages for reference.• Worked across geographical/time barriers to fulfill business needs with all roles involved in the development process, from idea inception to end user.• Spearheaded and worked heavily on multiple applications during this time frame, including, but not limited to the following:o User access management applications.o Worked heavily on a B2B E-Commerce application to multiple ordering tools across the company, without losing features from any legacy tools.o Dashboards, FAQs, News Center applications that all integrated with AEM as a headless CMS.o Administrative applications with features such as order monitoring, marketing tools, outage notification systems, etc.

WOE was going to be the new ordering solution for all grocers that ordered from SUPERVALU on the web, resulting in millions of dollars in sales annually.• Written in the latest version of Angular at the time (4) and began adoption of Typescript as a company. • Created and maintained a component library in conjunction with UI/UX designers as a private NPM package (SVChemistry) based on Atomic Design principles that was first utilized by WOE, and subsequently by other teams to create their own applications.• Worked heavily on every aspect of this site, which involved routing, advanced search, concurrent orders, multi-store and multi-date ordering, saved product lists, spreadsheet uploads, manual entry, validation, etc. • Added customized analytics for Marketing and Business teams to utilize for future product growth.

Our team developed components and templates that would then be utilized by an AEM Author to build drag and drop websites for independent grocers/chains that were then presented to customers, and SUPERVALU would sell this service to different grocers.• Reworked the coupon clipping system on this platform, rewritten from jQuery into AngularJS• Reworked the styling solution on this platform and completely shifted the build process for styles, moving from standard CSS into SCSS, which allowed our team to spin up different websites rapidly with less developer involvement, along with the added benefit of a massive reduction in source code. • Integrated with a new user API that was utilized for modifying all user data. During this transformation, large modifications were required for the existing sign-in/sign-up/profile modification process using jQuery and Backbone on the front end, along with the creation of new API integrations in Java servlets/services hosted in AEM.• Reworked the shopping lists feature that customers used from a REST service to a Firestore socket style solution to integrate with a mobile application that required offline capabilities.• Built many miscellaneous components in AEM 6 style architecture using Java/Sling/HTL.
