As a Product Specialist for Non Personal Loans & Overdrafts, I am responsible for both the day-to-day and strategic product management activity which supports Business Lending. Taking a customer centric approach to all product related activities, I have identified ways to improve customer experience, assisted in the implementation of initiatives and supported front line teams in investigating and resolving customer complaints & queries. I provide support for the Head of Non-Personal Products on ad-hoc matters, as well as other members on the team on issues related to their product sets. Over the last 14 months, I have worked in the Premier Banking, which is responsible for a distinct proposition for the Mass Affluent segment in Bank of Ireland. In this role, I was responsible for the development and implementation of new offerings and services for the Premier Segment. I was also responsible for customer research, analytics, MI reporting and support for the branch network.Highlights from my time in Premier include:• Extensive review of the Mass Affluent segment, including over 50 hours of ethnographic customer interviews, utilising design thinking methodology.• Delivery of a new advisor team which can fulfil both wealth & banking needs of customers (Premier Financial Consultants) with focus on reporting, marketing and process fulfilment.• Development & launch of loyalty initiative for Premier customers, which included launch of dedicated online rewards portal• Played key role in Premier rebrand, with responsibility for the Bank of Ireland Premier website• Review and enhancement of Premier Communication and Contact strategy for 2017 • Development of new digital channels for customer, including the DigiCard for advisors• Ongoing co-ordination with different business units in the bank, including Marketing, Base Management, Legal, Compliance and Risk, and Direct Call team

INew Century House, IFSC, Dublin 1 The Bank of Ireland Enterprise Team is responsible for fostering entrepreneurship and innovation in Communities around Ireland, through a number of different initiatives, including National Enterprise Week and Enterprise Towns. In this role, I was responsible for the design and delivery of the Enterprise Brand, co-ordination and organisation of large scale business events around Ireland, and liaising with various partnerships such as Start Up Ireland and Alchemy Events. I also introduced a review process for various events to track our progress as the year progress. This tracking process is still in place today.Highlights from my time in Enterprise include: • Start-up Gathering 2015 – Bank of Ireland was the primary sponsor of the Start-up Gathering, a five-day event across 5 cities which aimed to showcase Irelands start up sector, and increase Ireland’s profile on the international stage. My role was to organise and co-ordinate the Bank of Ireland Dublin based events. Over the week, we had 15 events, attend by over 1000 SME’s• Start-up Awards 2016 – I was the main point of contact for the Bank of Ireland Start-up awards, which aim to reward and highlight the best start-ups across various sectors in Ireland. Over 650 start-ups entered the Awards, with the Awards night itself in May 2016 trending nationally on Twitter.
