Moreover, managed to finish his tasks and investigations even faster and cleaner than these senior developers with 5+ years experience (who could just blame everyone else in their failures). Always precise, willing to help, volunteer for different activities like release/security support also makes him an outstanding team member! Never argued against regarding team’s code style policies, despite other developers was wasting time on that, even though sometimes they were quite questionable (because the team was really huge and everyone had to follow these conventions). So here also comes a point to the quality of code Ulugbek has written and responsibility for it — I had no questions to him for almost all these years: every new comment in PR was unique, he never repeated mistakes twice, as well as helped reviewing other developers PRs.
