ESS&xEV Li-Ion Battery Design-Mechanical Designing of lithium ion battery ( LFP,NMC,LTO) packs for EV and ESS systems.-Heating and cooling system designs of electrical vehicle batteries-Test/Verification the electrical vehicle battery packs (ECE R-100, ISO 26262)

I have been working as a freelancer since 2015. I have been designing machine, machine parts and special products according to customer's demands and also provide consultancy to customers on their production stages. I have designed and produced dozens of products and machines in many fields (food, electricity, medical, cosmetics, sports equipment, etc.). I also do strength, heat and fluid analysis using ANSYS, solidworks, catia v5.

Yeni ürün tasarımları ve yeni projelerin geliştirilip üretim bandına alınmasına kadar olan süreci takip etmekteyim. Ayrıca yine fabrika bünyesinde tasarlayıp ürettiğimiz rüzgar türbinlerinin mukavemet, akışkan analizlerini ve bu analizlere göre tasarımlarını yapmaktayım. Bir diğer projemiz olan "Off-Road" karavan tasarımı üzerinde çalıştığım diğer konulardan biridir.I am responsible for developing new products and new projects and putting them on the production line. In addition, I make the strength, fluid dynamics analysis and designs of the wind turbines that we design and produce in the factory according to these analyzes. "Off-Road" caravan design, which is another of our projects, is one of the other subjects I have worked on.

I have been working as design and production engineer. I am responsible from designing and improving new products according to customer demands. Thus, I am also responsible from designing plastic injection mold designs of products that I have mentioned above. After the design is finished, I do the mold filling simulation by using (ANSYS polyflow or Solidworks plastics) to prevent any failure during the enjection stage. At the same time I am responsible from production in the mold room. Furthermore, I check compputer aided production parameters (CAM).

I completed my flight training THK Flight Academy in Ankara. I have valid Flight crew license and medical license.

I worked as a project manager in the Tübitak (Teydep 1507 project manager) project. As the project output, I produced the Low Pressure Casting Furnace (LPDC) and 800 kg Tipping Melting Furnace. I completed project succesfully from the design phase (including structural, thermodynamic analysis) to the test phase. Casting started with this system and is ongoing. In addition, I made mold designs of the products which are designed according to the demands of the customer. Thus the molding room management was one of my tasks. I was coordinating the delivery of plans and shipments. I also prepared proposals for incoming orders.
