In 2011 I started in a consultancy company that worked on software that were discontinued by Microsoft. Comperio had to change internal and external prosesses, our technology and how we were involving our customers and employees in internal and external development. Process: We created a new and more effective internal admin process, allowing us to bill our customers from one week to four hours. We created a new recruitment process, and created a new project management process ensuring the quality on our deliveries were accordance to the contracts. We built an operations team, delivering first class operational services for demanding customers. The result was a great reduction in complaints, and increased reengagements from happy customers. Technology: A shift from FAST search technology to SharePoint Search and Open Source search solutions as Solr and Elasticsearch. During my period as Country Manager we gained new customers on all new search platforms. People: We increased the knowledge on new technology, and created new roles as subject manager and consulting manager to allow more people to work faster. Developing FINN.no mobile strategy, and map strategy. Operation: Increased availability for FINN.no, reduced number of customer fault messages from 500 to 40. Increased efficiency on testing and release with 60%.

The product sold ten times as much as budgeted during the first year. After one year, 70% of all internet access purchases bought Anti-Virus and Anti-SPAM. Products: Participated in innovative project, resulting in a patent: Innovative platform integrating SMS and Internet Messaging Platform.Operation: The Anti-Virus and Anti-SPAM product had 2 customer requests during the first month (we sold to 7 000 new people).
