Comperio had to change internal and external prosesses, our technology and how we were involving our customers and employees in internal and external development. Process: We created a new and more effective internal admin process, allowing us to bill our customers from one week to four hours. We created a new recruitment process, and created a new project management process ensuring the quality on our deliveries were accordance to the contracts. We built an operations team, delivering first class operational services for demanding customers. The result was a great reduction in complaints, and increased reengagements from happy customers. Technology: A shift from FAST search technology to SharePoint Search and Open Source search solutions as Solr and Elasticsearch. During my period as Country Manager we gained new customers on all new search platforms. People: We increased the knowledge on new technology, and created new roles as subject manager and consulting manager to allow more people to work faster.
