Dear Friend,My name is Sam Oeurn Um. I am a simple and hardworking guy. I am a fast learner and enjoy working in a multi-cultural environment.I am an experienced formal and informal trainer. Through my experiences more than 30 years of Human Capacity Development, I have full capacity development people from junior up to Senior Level. I also have over eight years of experience lecturing at university for Master and Bachelor level. I recognize the importance of creating a proactive learning environment that strengthens individual and group skills. The training I have designed includes a minimum 70/30 ratio of active participation to lecturing. I utilize the concept of the project cycle to strengthen ownership in concepts and ideas. My diverse background in working with different levels of society and different professions and has strengthened 3G Agent Co., Ltd’s and now I also have new company is Safety and Construction Asia Co., Ltd for responding to the needs of our clients in Cambodia. My training experience working with both nationals and internationals has provided a significant platform for the development of new methodologies and techniques .I attended the International training many countries like Singapore, Malaysia, Philippine , Thailand and Italy.
