Through my experiences more than 30 years of Human Capacity Development, I have full capacity development people from junior up to Senior Level. I also have over eight years of experience lecturing at university for Master and Bachelor level. I recognize the importance of creating a proactive learning environment that strengthens individual and group skills. My training experience working with both nationals and internationals has provided a significant platform for the development of new methodologies and techniques .I attended the International training many countries like Singapore, Malaysia, Philippine , Thailand and Italy.
