Responsibilities:Analyzing the requirement from HR on the basis of primary and secondary skill set.Sourcing relevant resumes through various channels such as Database, Jobsites /Postings. Search Engines, Referrals, Head Hunting andNetworking etc.Screening the sourced profiles based on the current requirements and Provide right CV's in required Time.Conduct initial short listing of the candidate by evaluating him through telephonic interview for skills, communication, stability, confidence, suitability to the project and fitment to the company. Co-Ordinate with HR for feedback, interview schedule, reschedules.Checking with candidates for their availability and Follow-Up with Candidates regarding interview.Intimate the results of the interview, Follow up with the candidate and ensure timely joining.Coordinating with the consultants, vendors and the clients.
