 Headed and worked on the launch of a technology magazine “LIVE IT”. Identified authors, commissioned stories, coordinated with the design team and others for editorial features, innovations to rope in advertisers and smooth running of the magazine.  Ideate, execute, coordinate with editorials of all magazines to improve and enhance special issues and interact with branches for innovative projects from all angles of content and how to project it. Co-ordinate with marketing team for editorial innovations and suggest salebale ideas for various clients, create dummies for client approval. Manage production of Champak English, coordinate with Mumbai team, illustrators, designers and writers. Work with in-house team to organize creative child contest, pitch-in for any assistance in editorial management, source gifts. Administrative responsibilities: take care of image purchases, negotiate prices, check & submit authentic bills for approval, process payments for Champak contributors on approvals. Handle the digital publishing needs, analyse options and report worth of services. Identify new writers, editors, designers and other editorial members as per the requirement. Worked on magazine revamps and co-ordinated with designers and editorial teams for effective and timely turn around. Work closely with PRs of celebs and brands to rope in them in special issues of our magazines. Source recipes, designer wears, accessories, etc for photo shoots for special issues, editorial tie-ups / any kind of editorial association for magazines, events, etc. Working on Loyalty club concept for our magazines.
