I am a Yoga teacher with a 200 Hr teacher training course from Rishikesh Yog Peeth, Rishikesh, India. i have been practising Yoga for the last 6 years and it has given me strength flexiblity and balance, not just on the mat but also off the mat. this has helped both my personl and spiritual growth. I am passionate about introducing Yoga to absolute beginners.I offered Hatha yoga classes in Watford, United Kingdom to all levels and flexiblities and I also offer meditation sessions for better mind and body connection. Most of my classes are aimed at 50+ fun, engaging, inclusive and not too strenuous, designed to give you a gentle introduction to Yoga.Besides regular Mat/floor based Yoga sessions, I also offer Chair Yoga Sessions for those who have a limited range of motion and cannot get onto the mat. Using positive movement techniques, I teach people to improve their posture using simple movements to minimize pain and chronic muscle strain. Office workers can also benefit from Yoga either on the chair or on the mat, based on the space availablity. Yoga as a wellbeiing activity at the office can be really beneficial by improving productivity of the employess . Practising yoga on a regular basis helps you to gain strength, flexibility and balance both physically and mentally. It gives you emotional stability and helps you to connect with yourself.
